Fishing Tournament
Columbia River Fishing
Here is your opportunity for a true Pacific Northwest experience - fishing on the Columbia River! It's a great time of year for Sturgeon and Chinook Salmon. The fishing trip is led by experts guides who will help beginners and provide advice to old pros alike.
The group will depart from the lodge by 6:30 a.m. and be on their way, returning around noon. You'll be fishing for 4 hours - all the bait and tackle is furnished. Best of all - the guides will clean your fish for you!! Each boat will have 4-6 people. There are a limited number of spots available for the adventure... be sure to register by June 1 to guarantee a spot. After June 1, registration will be limited to "space available".
Tackle & License
Either Washington or Oregon fishing licenses are required on the Columbia River where we will be fishing. If you have a Washington or Oregon fishing license, bring it! If you do not, you will need to register for one when registering for the event. (The Guide Coordinator will hand out the one-day licenses the morning of the event.) Licenses will not be available for purchase at the event.
All other fishing tackle and bait will be provided.
Dress
Dress warmly - you will want to dress in layers and wear a warm coat. It will likely be chilly most of the morning in late September.
Food & Beverage
Coffee, cocoa and donuts will be provided. (Lunch is not included.)
