Registration Information
All Industry participants must register to attend any event listed in the schedule of events.
You are encouraged to register by Monday August 15, 2011 to ensure that your name and company name will appear in the printed convention booklet.
Full Registration Fees Include
Admission to all Business Sessions, Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Luncheon, Thursday Reception and Honorary Member Banquet, Refreshment Breaks, Attendee List and convention gift.
Spouse Registration Fees Include
Admission to Wednesday Welcome Reception, Thursday Reception and Honorary Member Banquet and convention gift.
Additional Fees Required for these Activities
USPLTA Fishing Tournmanet, USPLTA Golf Tournament, Friday Reception and Awards Banquet. *Register early for the Fishing Tournament - deadline is June 1, 2011 to guarantee a spot.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations on registrations received by August 15, 2011 will be refunded in full.
- Cancellations received on or after August 16, 2011 will be charged a $100.00 per person cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received September 12, 2011 or later are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be received in writing and sent to the US Pea & Lentil Trade Association office either by mail, fax or email.
- Cancellations for the Fishing Tournament received on or before August 16, 2011 will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. Cancellations for the Fishing Tournament received after August 16, 2011 are non-refundable.
Name Badges
USPLTA Meeting identification badges will be required for admission to all the convention functions (business or social). Badges are non-transferable.
